Our eco-friendly packaging is both recyclable and plastic free, adding to the exclusive experience. When sold in a box of 10, each melt weighs 98g and measures 28.2cm x 3.3cm x 2.4cm.

Returns

To make a return contact us. You have 28 days, from the day you receive it, to send something back. Refunds will take up to 21 days from posting. For hygiene reasons, we cannot offer refunds on cosmetics, pierced jewellery, swimwear or lingerie, if the seal has been broken or is no longer in place.

Using your own method of return may cause delays in your refund. In this case, if your items don’t make it back to us, you’ll need to open a dispute with the carrier.
